I have met so many recruiters over the last two job fairs, it's more than most people would over a few years. It's been a great learning and people have shared valuable feedback as I continue my journey as a self-taught game artist trying to break into the industry. Useful feedback, many connections and great practice talking to recruiters. I am really grateful for the Games Job Fair.

During my time at Slipgate Ironworks, we've worked extensively with Games Factory Talent. Specifically, my position as hiring manager entailed recruiting a large number of developers of various levels of seniority. And without Games Factory Talent, it wouldn't have been possible to meet and hire this sheer amount of incredibly talented people. Very helpful, extremely responsive, dependable – these are all traits that define Games Factory Talent. Games Job Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with recruiters and other professionals. I joined the spring edition 2022 and was amazed at how well-organized the event was. I had the chance to participate in the workshops and booked several meetings with the studio's representatives. It helped me to build my career by networking and gaining insight into the games industry. I want to thank the Games Job Fair team for hosting this great event.

Coming from a very different artistic background, I always thought I'd never find a way into the videogame industry. Games Job Fair appeared in my feed in early 2022, and I decided to participate out of pure curiosity, without any expectations. Turns out the event was the bridge I needed to kickstart my career! In a single week I received several work offers, a massive motivational boost and great interactions with people from the industry. Excellent support and communication by Oleg and his team in facilitating the career fair online. There was enough information and proactive support by the team to ensure the career fair went through smoothly and all the participants have meaningful interactions. We ended up sending offers to 3 developers from the job fair and the quality of applications and interactions were surprisingly positive from my experience.

We've been taking part in 3 events already and will happily join the next one! The Finland Games Job Fair team is doing great job promoting Finnish Game industry and gaming jobs in Finland and abroad.

Redhill Games is a young studio with high ambitions for the game development! We're growing quickly and as the game progressing, we need more and more talents to join and help driving it to perfection. The event helps to raise awareness and connect studios and professionals. Even if we do not hire anybody from the event, we always build good connections and relationships for the future opportunities. Our favorite part of the event is an opportunity to have company fire-side chats with the participants, to be able to show the studio from inside, listen to people's thoughts and feedback and have a conversation with likeminded people!

Back in the spring of 2020 when I applied to the Games Job Fair I didn't really expect to gain much from it as a student looking for an internship. Turns out that during the first days in the event I was given an opportunity that I didn't expect, now over half a year later I am working on a very ambitious project as a QA Tester.

The Finland Games Job Fair was my first virtual job fair and my introduction to Finland. The event was well-organized and executed superbly by Oleg and the team. I enjoyed the mix of studio presentations, advice from experts, and one-on-one meetings with recruiters. I was impressed by the job fair and convinced that landing a new role in Finland would be a good step forward in my career.
