Spring Games Job Fair 2025 — A Gathering of Talent, Opportunity, and Community Spirit

On April 24th, 2025, the Spring edition of the Games Job Fair brought together Finland’s game development community in a truly symbolic venue — the historic Helsinki City Hall. This marked the first time the event was hosted in such a prestigious location, reflecting the growing recognition and support for the gaming industry by the city of Helsinki. With recent layoffs and studio closures impacting professionals across the sector, the city’s involvement sent a clear message of solidarity and commitment to nurturing creative talent.

The event featured 10 hiring game studios from Finland, such as Rovio, Metacore, Supercell, Remedy, Nitro Games, Yousician, AILiveSim, Playnest, Finnplay and Social First. Each company offered insight into their ongoing projects, studio culture, and open positions through engaging presentations, one-on-one chats, and demo showcases.
